The cleanse itself is 12 days + 2 days prep, but you can watch all the educational videos at your leisure. I recommend to watch one every other day to keep you on track. Each video is on average 10 minutes long.
Once you've signed up, you get full access via an email with your login details...once you've logged in and you can watch the videos at your leisure.
I recommend downloading the meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and be ready for prep days Saturday 28th January.
Once you've done your shopping and prep, download your workbook and nutrition and lifestyle guide to get into the mindset.
Even though this is a gentle cleanse, I recommend waiting until you have finished growing a gorgeous human and breastfeeding due to when your body is focusing on detoxing, some stored toxins are released to be excreted.
Even though this is a gentle cleanse, I recommend always checking with your primary health provider. They may want to monitor any medications more closely or they may recommend not to do this cleanse.
Yes, there are two recipes books: one for Omnivores and one for Vegetarians. If you are Vegan you can adjust some of the recipes to suit.
